What is the recipe for successful achievement? To my mind there are just four essential ingredients: Choose a career you love, give it the best there is in you, seize your opportunities, and be a member of the team. – Benjamin Fairless

It’s been an awesome time around South Hill Designs lately! So much success and so many celebrations.

This last month, my very awesome team grew 133%! I am so blessed to have this team. I love working with them as we all build our businesses and achieve our goals. In that same time, three members got their first promotion with the company. This week, one of our brand new members got her first promotion and did it by having an awesome social. Those are the times I live for. It is so exciting to see your team achieve success.

Another thing that happened is that Connie Clair, who is my director, promoted to Senior Director. You might remember getting to know Connie when she did her interview here with us.

My team leader, Debbie Keen, also promoted to Director. Debbie also did an interview with us here.

Just today, our senior director, Terese Ciaccio was promoted as the company’s first ever Executive Director! She is now the highest ranked person in our company in just a few short months. You met her in a recent interview and she’s moving up yet again!

Team Culture

The success of our team, I believe, really comes from the culture that is created by the leaders. Our focus on growth, success, and achieving dreams inspires everyone to do their best. Seeing leaders work hard and reap the rewards simply makes everyone want to do the same. People thrive in a supportive culture where each is encouraged to soar. I am grateful to our leaders for creating this atmosphere for all of us!
